- New versions (updates)
The producer of PRECAST SOFTWARE ENGINEERING (PENG) software will regularly send current versions of the software to the Client under the “Serviceplus” contract. The scope of the update includes upgrades to new versions and updates as part of the current version (Improving the quality and further development of the software). PENG sends new versions to the customer or provides download links. As a result of the upgrade, the functionality and software modules may be maintained, changed, modified, reduced or extended.
- Help (technical support, hotline)
The software producer, PENG, is obliged to assist the customer in case of questions concerning software via telephone or remote use of the desktop, as well as by e-mail or fax.
Working hours of the PENG support line: Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 16:00 CET; Friday 08:00 – 12:00 CET.
